Questions
What happens to unused credits?
They roll over into the following month, capped at one monthly allowance. A Studio account can hold up to 600 credits. Reserve credits are outside that cap and never expire.
Can I change plan mid-cycle?
Moving up takes effect immediately, prorated, with the additional credits granted straight away. Moving down applies at your next renewal.
What if a payment fails?
Your credits are held for three days while the payment is retried. Nothing is deleted. Once payment succeeds, the account resumes immediately.
Does the score guarantee results?
No. Gravity Score™ and view estimates are statistical predictions about the structure of a video. Distribution on any platform depends on factors outside our control.
